Poor Brit. The girl just cant catch a break! Apparently former ex-paparazzi, ex-boyfriend, ex-fling, ex-good time, ex-who-the-hell-knows, Adnan Ghalib reportedly leaked of a sex tape between him and Britney Spears. Now he is changing his tune revealing to Star Magazine:

"There is no sex tape and I've never claimed there is one.""I don't know where these quotes I'm supposed to have said have come from," says Adnan. "What I do know is they certainly didn't come from me and they are completely false. I'm extremely upset and distressed and I'm taking legal action... This story has caused a lot of hurt to my family and people close to me."
But of course it is never just that simple. The Sun reports that Adnan had made a multi-million dollar deal with a porn site when Britney’s lawyers stepped in:
"But now she’s staged a remarkable comeback, Britney is willing to part with as much of her own money as it takes to keep the tape off the market and the focus on her upcoming world tour. Her lawyers have been working overtime. They’ve been told to do whatever it takes to stop the video making it onto the Internet.”

All is fair when it comes to celebrating your birthday and Jermaine Dupri most definitely relished in this rule. He reportedly had so much to drink in honor of himself that he vomited in Janet Jackson’s lap. Yum. Oh well, it’s his birthday and he can barf if he wants to.

He is now husband to Scarlett Johansson as the two tied the not in Vancouver over the weekend. Bummer. “His rep tells E! News: Yes, I can confirm they are married. No other details are being provided. The newlyweds began dating in February 2007 and announced their engagement just four months ago. This is the first marriage for both. Reynolds was betrothed to Alanis Morissette from 2004 until 2007; their breakup became fodder for songs on her latest album, Flavors of Entanglement.”

Heather Locklear was arrested for being under the influence of a controlled substance and received a DUI as a result and Sharon Stone lost custody of her eight year old son as she is “unable to provide the structure, continuity and realiability that Roan needs and cadidly deserves.” In other words she suggested shooting Botox in his foot to cure odor. Right. Because Botox is a cure-all.
