Convention watching Party @ FGCU Student Union Ballroom
Come out and join your fellow democrats at Florida Gulf Coast University! While other places will also be showing the convention, only FGCU will have free pizza and a raffle! The event is free and has been changed to the Student Union Ballroom, so don’t go to Alico Arena. The convention starts at 9:00, but come early to get a good seat. Please, no children.

The Killers of Comedy Tour@ Captain Brien’s Seafood and Raw Bar
Need a good laugh and a break from the kids? Come to Captain Brien’s and enjoy a great comedy show featuring some people you might recognize from the Howard Stern Show (Bob Levy, Artie Lange, Sal Governale and more) and a possible appearance by Bigfoot himself. Tickets are $30 and admission is 21 and up. The event runs all weekend, through August 31st.

If you enjoy one man shows you will love Jesse St. Louis. This award winning show is sure to make you fall out of your seat laughing. Set on a Minneapolis bus, Jesse portrays all of the 8 characters of this play. All ages are welcome and tickets range from $10-$20. Reservations are available and tickets are also for sale online.
