On January 27th, 2012, Island Montessori Academy on Marco Island, will be hosting its annual fundraising event.
This year’s Year of the Dragon will raise vital funds that will go towards a playground. Currently our students love running in our green space, and enjoy imaginative play. However, shade trees and equipment would be a welcomed improvement.
We have a large fundraising goal for Island Montessori Academy’s Year of the Dragon event. The expected cost of the playground is $40,000. Unfortunately, tuition alone does not pay for items such as additional materials, field trips, professional development, renovations or expansion, and playground improvements.
This fun night will include dinner, drinks, Live and Silent auctions, and live entertainment Tickets are $100 and can be bought online at www.imamarco.org
