East Naples Places
One might argue that any structure built east of the Tamiami Trail would be considered to be in East Naples. Yet that actual part of town is between E. Tamiami Trail, Davis Boulevard, County Barn Road and Rattlesnake Hammock Road. This pocket of Naples is made up of mixed-use residential neighborhoods and business entities.
There are planned subdivisions and gated communities with homes on the golf course, as well as many single-family and condominium residences throughout many picturesque, tree lined neighborhoods. Some areas offer waterfront living with Gulf access from a canal or on several lakes in the area.
As an example, you could enjoy plenty of space in a 3 bedroom, 3 bath, 2,300 square foot, single-family pool home in East Naples on just over an acre of land for around $300,000. For the golfer, a condo on the fairway of Royal Wood Golf & Country Club can be found for around $200,000.
Other planned communities in East Naples include Kings Lake and Lakewood, among others, and the highly acclaimed Seacrest Country Day School is just minutes away.
Although it is technically an unincorporated part of Naples based on it’s proximity to the city limits, East Naples is an ideal spot to call home, and still be close enough to the conveniences and amenities of in-town life.
