What is Handsome Harry’s signature drink? “Our Bloody Mary served in a 25 ounce stemmed goblet and our Bellini Tini, which was inspired by the owner’s father when he went to Venice.”
What is hot right now? “The different flavors of martini’s and all the different wines.”
Do you shake or stir? “Definitely shake.”
How did you become a bartender? “I started as a hostess when I was 16 and loved it and kept working in restaurants. I have been at Handsome Harry’s for a year.”
Is there a drink a man shouldn’t order? “Sex on the beach.”
What is unusual for a women to order? “I’m surprised when women order Scotch.”
Who is the biggest tipper? “For me it is men.”
Are you asked advice? “I only give it when asked and usually it is men asking about women and women asking about men.”
When was the last time you had to refer to a drink manual? I made a “sex on the beach” and the customer said it wasn’t right, so I looked it up.”
When was the last time you broke a glass? “Everyday.”
Do people order by brand? “Yes, vodkas. They want Grey Goose or Kettle.”
What is the hot drink on the rise? “All the flavored vodkas. The newest one we have is Acai-Blueberry by Van Gogh’s from Holland.”

Handsome Harry's Bellinitini - a stronger take on the Italian classic.
What drink is out? “I don’t get many calls for sweet and juicy drinks.”
What are the liquor products every home should have? “ Basic wines, rum, gin, vodka, juices and soda water.”
What is the last drink you had when you were out? “Vodka iced tea. It was good and very refreshing.”
Leslie gave us the recipe for Handsome Harry’s Belllini Tini.
Ingredients
2 ounces vodka
4 ounces peach nectar
Raspberry syrup
Ice
Preparation
Place ice in a shaker
Pour vodka and peach nectar over the ice
Decorate a martini glass with swirls of the raspberry syrup
Shake the vodka and peach nectar and strain into the decorated martini glass.
