NAPLES — A dog-gone good time was had by pooches and people alike at Saturday's Barkin' Bath Dog Wash.
The annual event, held for the second year at the RBC Bank at Galleria, is a benefit for the Humane Society Naples' PAWS for Love program, a program that trains assistance dogs for children with autism and veterans returning from war.
Throughout the day, dogs were treated to cool baths while their human friends perused a silent auction, snacked on BBQ sandwiches, took their chances on a “dunk-a-ball” raffle and checked out many of the pet friendly vendors who came to support the event.
With no shortage of fun and treats on hand, wagging tails and smiles were easy to come by.
