NAPLES — The Second Annual Sea Turtle Homecoming Festival was held at Naples Pier on Saturday.
Artists, restaurants and sea turtle education groups lined the entrance to the Pier as the smell of barbeque and burgoo filled the air.
Wayne Delorin, entertained the crowds with music from Jimmy Buffet. Pete Tallman from Naples, and a volunteer from Rookery Bay enjoyed the day learning about sea turtles and shopping at the artists tents.
3rd Street Café won the first Naples Burgoo cook off, burgoo is a traditional Kentucky stew that is usually cooked outdoors.
