Shoppers at the Village on Venetian Bay got a rare treat Saturday during the "Let It Snow!" event.
NAPLES — Some Neapolitan shoppers got a special treat rarely seen in the 239 on Saturday at the Village on Venetian Bay - snow!
The NRG Trio entertained the crowd with some high energy music and classic Christmas songs before the event while children got their faces painted by Melody Merrymaker.
Hundreds of people gathered for the event “Let it Snow!" as they finished up their holiday shopping and ate ice cream from nearby Ben and Jerry’s Ice Cream.
“It is really a great event,” said Naples resident Ben Palmer, “I hope they do it again next year.”
