MARCO ISLAND — Over 30 volunteers from Christmas Island Style and the Italian American Club of Marco Island came out to help build and decorate a 30 foot tree during the annual tree decorating event at Marco Island’s Veterans Community Park on Monday morning. The tree decorating leads up to the 24th annual Tree Light and Community Celebration that will be held on Saturday at 6 p.m. at Veterans Community Park.
