My fond memories include, people wearing bathing suits that did not fit, picking up trash and washing melted ice cream off my sidewalk every day, people urinating behind and in front of my building, drug deals gone bad by the old pay phone. And lack of parking at the lunch hour, I wrote this in jest. I will miss Mike and his family and wish them the best of luck in their new location.
