Preferred Travel of Naples president and CEO Wilma Boyd is pleased to announce that $25,000 was raised for The Shelter for Abused Women & Children by the Preferred Travel annual travel showcase, An Evening of Cultural Celebrations. The shelter assists victims and survivors of dating violence, bullying, domestic violence, elder abuse and animal cruelty, while working to prevent violence before it happens. An Evening of Cultural Celebrations was held on Feb. 13 at The Club Pelican Bay, and attended by more than 550 guests.
