Royal Palm Chocolates of Naples has been selected as the chocolatier for the 15th annual GRAMMY Foundation’s’ Music Preservation Project celebration on Feb. 7 at the Saban Theatre in Beverly Hills, one of the major GRAMMY Week events. Owners Philip and Stephanie Fincher will create and package more than 25 chocolate gift boxes for the winning and nominated performers at the event.
Chef Philip has prepared a special collection comprised of the season’s newest flavors and his signature vanilla caramel, dark ganache and classic raspberry. The freshly prepared chocolates will be air shipped to Beverly Hills just in time for the event.
Royal Palm Chocolates recently moved to their new 4,200-square-foot retail center at 1084 Business Lane off Old 41 in Naples, In addition to their many favorites, the Finchers have added several new flavors including boysenberry, cointreau, French silk, lemon tart, mango white pepper, orange passion and strawberries and champagne. They have also added a special assortment of caramels. An observation area allows customers to view the art of chocolate making first hand. Chef Philip will launch a series of chocolate-making classes in the near future.
