— Riverside Park in the heart of Bonita Springs was blanketed with hundreds of music enthusiasts as the Bonita Springs Concert Band performed their first concert on the New Year on Sunday, Jan. 13

James Syoen, Weather Forecaster for Fox 4 News announced each musical selection with such passion that the audience had tears of joy before the music began.

The entire Concert Band performed flawlessly, in perfect unison to the leadership of seasoned Conductor, Dr. Dennis R. Hill. With over forty-six years of musical experience, Dr. Hill and the members of the Bonita Springs Concert Band seem to be the perfect match.

Guest trumpet soloist, Matthew Sonneborn performed Variations On The Carnival Of Venice so magnificently that the standing ovation of over 800 music lovers shook the ground. Sonneborn is principal trumpet of the Naples Philharmonic Orchestra and has been a member of the orchestra since 1989.
