Bell joins Salvation Army advisory board

The Salvation Army in Collier County announces the addition of Kimberly D. Bell to the advisory board.

Bell, along with her husband, Mark, own Reptile Industries, Inc. and Reptmart, a Naples-based wholesale and retail company in business for more than 30 years. Bell has actively supported The Salvation Army for several years and also sponsors local community teams, food banks and the Mental Health Association of Southwest Florida.

The advisory board is responsible for advising and assisting The Salvation Army in all its activities as well as establishing and maintaining relationships with funding sources, donors and other community service agencies.

The Salvation Army was established in Collier County in 1981 and serves more than 35,000 people each year. Programs include emergency financial assistance, a food pantry, an affordable Child Care Center, After-School programs, senior citizens programs, a Music School and outreach to the Immokalee area. They operate two Thrift Stores located on Davis Boulevard in Naples. Plans and fundraising are also underway to build a Youth Center to expand after-school programs for children in East Naples.
