There was plenty of holiday cheer in the air at Saturday Night's Tux and Trees Gala. The event, now in its fifth year, aimed to raise around $70,000 to support the mission of the Southwest Florida Goodwill Foundation. Twenty-seven decorated trees brought holiday tidings to the Sidney and Berne Davis Art Center in downtown Fort Myers. The trees, which were on display in the art center all week, were all auctioned off in a live auction at the end of the night. Meanwhile, a very well stocked silent auction, plentiful hors devours and live music kept the crowd feeling downright jolly.
