Tristan Spinski/Staff Kitchen staff puts the final touches on "Trio Amuse", an appetizer of carrot and clementine juice over oyster ceviche and green apple and radish carpaccio before serving it to guests of Sandi and Tom Moran, and Grace and Ken Evenstad, all of Naples, during the 2012 Naples Winter Wine Festival Vintner Dinner at the home of Sandi and Tom Moran in North Naples on Friday evening. The dinner was themed "Where the Magic Begins" and featured a magician, a dance performance and cuisine by world-renowned chefs Rick Tramonto and John Folse.
