Naples restaurant, SeaSalt, hosted a lunch featuring David Perlmutter and his latest book “Power Up Your Brain.” Guests dined on Chef Fabrizio Aielli’s creations using fresh seasonal organic local produce, wild caught seafood and naturally raised poultry and meat made with an unexpected blending of flavors that gave an enlighted character to every dish while learning about the “Neuroscience of Enlightenment.” Every guest received a copy of the book and a portion of the proceeds benefited the David Lawrence Center, Collier County’s only comprehensive non-profit, behavioral health treatment center serving children, adults and family.
