Steak lovers, you’ve been warned. Chop’s City Grill serves up cuts of beef that have done their time for 21 to 28 days in the restaurant chain’s own aging room.
Chops City isn’t your father’s steakhouse though. With a nod to the Far East, the restaurant offers sushi and a host of interesting Asian fusion entrees like teriyaki glazed sea bass and Asian barbecue-glazed pork porterhouse.
The bar is an adventure in and of itself with 12 kinds of tequila, 16 varieties of single malt scotch and specialty “choptails,” like the five pepper Bloody Mary.
