East Naples Community Park

This park is located on forty-seven acres on Thomasson Drive between Bayshore Drive and U.S. 41. The park has special features that appeal to all age groups: The Sanctuary skate park is popular among youth for skateboarding, inline skating, and BMX biking; a lighted fitness path around the lake provides opportunities for exercise and relaxation for all ages; and a fully equipped computer room in the community center allows for day and night beginning computer classes enjoyed by adults and seniors.

Facilities include: Community Center, basketball courts, volleyball court, 8 lighted tennis courts, 1 lighted softball field, tot lot, exercise jogging trail, open play area and picnic area around lake.

The park also hosts one of the four Senior Citizens Nutrition and Activity Program locations. (SCNAP) is designed to promote better health among Collier County's elderly citizens who are 60 and over and have the greatest economic need by providing nutritious noon meals each weekday, supplemented by nutrition education programs to encourage more healthful eating habits at home.
