Oh breakfast... eggs cooked the way you like them with a side of bacon, syrup soaked pancakes, a never ending cup of coffee. Some say it's the best meal of the day.
It's hard to argue after a visit to First Watch. The Sarasota-based restaurant chain got to be one of the largest privately owned daytime-only restaurant companies in the United States by offering a diversified menu of top-quality, well-prepared food.
Go out on a limb and try the "crepeggs," a signature dish consisting of thin, sweet crepes combined with fluffy whipped eggs and stuffed with creative fillings like turkey and dill. No matter how you choose to pronounce "crepeggs", the end result will probably be satisfactory and then some.
And, if you must, First Watch also has sandwiches and salads on the menu.
