Located on the grounds of Golden Gate Community Park, the Aquatic and Fitness Complex provides year-round, full-service fitness opportunities. The fitness center offers aerobics and yoga classes, personal training, and three introductory training sessions with new memberships, as well as a fully equipped workout facility. Water aerobics, competitive swimming and diving, and swimming lessons for all ages are available at the pool. Showers and rest rooms located at the pool and a baby-sitting service serve both facilities.
