This is a wide-open course, but the fairways are tree lined and defined by a thick cut of rough. The terrain is a combination of natural hills and mounds. Some sand bunkers have been incorporated into the course design, and water hazards come into play on thirteen holes. The large greens are somewhat sloped and medium speed.

The course rating is 75.2 and it has a slope rating of 139 on Bermuda grass. Designed by Clifton, Ezell & Clifton, the Pine golf course opened in 1993.

The course rating is 74.5 and it has a slope rating of 141 on Bermuda grass. Designed by Clifton, Ezell & Clifton, the Palm golf course opened in 1993.

The course rating is 74.5 and it has a slope rating of 143 on Bermuda grass. Designed by Robert E. Cupp, ASGCA, the Estuary golf course opened in 1993.
The club claims to be the only one in Florida with an eighteen hole putting course, which measures 1,666 feet.
