Hurricane Grill and Wings is the latest restaurant to open at Gulf Coast Town Center, giving shoppers more options for a quick bite after a grueling day of shopping, shopping and more shopping.
As to be expected, chicken wings dominate the menu—more than 30 varieties, in fact—available in traditional wings with bones, or breaded boneless tenders. Sauces and rubs are divided into five categories, just like hurricanes, and range from the expected—hot sauce, teriyaki, honey mustard—to the completely unexpected, including Thai ginger garlic, pina colada and sea salt and vinegar. There are a few options other than wings, including salads, grilled items and sandwiches for non-wing lovers.
