The five acre park boasts four-acres of preserve and a one-acre area that includes a playground, pathways, fishing area and lake, picnic pavilion and benches.

In 1987, Gulf American Corporation donated land to Collier County in lieu of infrastructure commitments.  The land for this project is part of the acreage that was set aside for government use.

Direction to the park from Airport Road: Vanderbilt Beach Extension East, go under I-75, turn left (North) on Oakes Boulevard, left on Spanish Oakes Lane.
